unable to connect to remore server while downloading new manufacturer settings

I downloaded GuruX Director installer and installed it on my Windows 7 machine.
But when I run the application it shows me the new manufacturer settings Available and when I try to update them online then it shows error of unable to connect to server.

Please guide to resolve this issue.
Windows 7, 32 bit.

Thank you for your help!
Unfortunately I'm using proxy and my sysadm can't help me.
I can't download files from browser, I only can see a list of them.
Is it possible to download zip-file somehow and then to unzip it at my PC?

Dear Sir, I have the same issue of downloading GXDLMSDirector for .Net but through Server Proxy. I am getting the message 407 Proxy Authentication required. I am sure I have given necessary proxy details in Windows Server 2012. Is there any method to overcome this or any offline download available ? Kindly suggest me.
