Hello.
I have a Elster A1500 Meter with Serial Number 00391068
But I dont know Meter's Physical address, and I must connect via RS485 over transparent modem.
Modem IP is 192.168.2.250 and port 10001.
I'm connection Actaris/Itron modem very well wtih this configuration
Serial Number: 73032578
Physical address: 2578
Comm Options {
BaudRate: 9600,
Data Bits: 8,
Stop Bits: 1,
Parity: None,
}

But I Don't know how to connect Elster A1500 Meter

Hi Fatih,

Yes, we are not supporting IEC 62056-21.
You must ask this from manufacturer.

Hello, I am trying to read out Elster meter, using IEC 62056-21. I use standard configuration for the serial port but the meter never returns anything. Does anyone has any experience with this matter?
