We are working on Android platform and are able to communicate with DLMS meter of Indian Standard.

We are facing one problem, we are not able to convert the instantaneous parameter value of KWH, KVAH and MDI to exact value present on meter.

I am trying to make an application association for ISKRA meter that supports HIGH_GMAC level of authentication and Security Suite level-1. While trying to make the association I am getting following response from the meter:-

We need to design an MDM which can receive requests from a meter which can have dynamic IP addresses. How will such a meter send the requests to the MDM and which service it will send in the request? Also among thousands of meters how can I identify the request has been received from a particular meter?

Hi

I am not able to use Disconnect control object to send disconnect or connect operations for short name referencing. For logical referencing it is working fine though.

On trying to send through the short name referencing, I am getting following exception:-

IllegalArgumentException : "methodIndex"

I am using following call to send the disconnect meter call:-

com.dlms.method(disconnectControl, 1, new Integer(0), DataType.INT8);

We have developed a DLMS COSEM based AMR application based on DLMS COSEM specification. We want to test this applciation now by simulating the responses for various type of requests like get,set,AARQ etc. Please let me know how we can do it by using GXDLMSServerExample in java?

Hi,

I have a problem with reconnecting to the meter after I get an error while reading it. When I try to reconnect I get error: Connection refused. Now it seems that I cannot connect to the meter at all. Do you know what could possibly happen?
