ok My server is getting the push data.
But i am not able to read meter.I am using ipv6 sim with static address.
Gxdlmsdirector is also not able to read data form meter when using ipv6 static address.
what should be the client address and server address when reading in Low mode.
Sometime it shows "invalid connection" and sometime "fail to read reply from meter".
Client and server address depends on the manufacturer.
Invalid connection means that TCP/IP connection failed and "fail to read reply from meter" means that TCP/IP connection succeeded, but the meter didn't reply.
I can download my meter through Gprs with other software like "Kalkitech" and with same client and server address i am using Gxdlmsdirector.

You are also using ciphering. Change Interface from HDLC to WRAPPER.
Authentication level is Low.
Client address is 32 (0x20). Update the block system key and authentication key to correct.
Client system title what you are using is "qwertyui".
