Hello,
i have following communication layout:
- Moxa ETH to Serial converter on meter side
- linux on remote side
I want to use communication without virtual com port. How to set communication parameters?

Hi Peter,

Communication parameters depend from the meter. You don't need a virtual serial port. You can just send generated bytes to Moxa.

When I am using GXDLMSDirector and Server meter simulator everything looks good.
When I am using java package, request, 0.0.40.0.0.255 is generated too before my own request. Why?
