Trying to connect to a CLOU device using HIGH GMAC authentication, we're getting an "ServiceError Initiate Error exception. Inititate Other" message.
We've setup the device as shows its user manual.

Hi,
You are using ciphering (encryption). Set security level to None. If you are using GXDLMSDirector you find it from "Security Settings" tab.
