Hi,

Hi,

You need to read the association view of your meter. In some meters, there are none and in some meters there are multiple.

Hi,

Hi,

Download GXDLMSDirector. When you connect for the first time it'll read association view.
There is own interface for this (GXDLMSDisconnectControl).

Hi,

Hi,

You need to connect using high authentication to access connect/desconnect. Meter returns error if you try to connect using Low level security.

In my mind, Genus meters are supporting that.

Hi Amiya,

Hi Amiya,

Do you have secure350 meter password? Yes then from where you get this password? Are there any manufacturer documents for this?
Please share a password with us as we are facing the same issue here.
Thanks In advance.
