Hello there,

I have an electric meter LandisGyr E650 ZMD405CR.

I want to read with DLMS.

But I can not get a response with Gurux GXDLMSDirector.

I m using your API sent dlms start frame to meter with c#,

"7E-A0-07-03-21-93-0F-01-7E"

I can not get a response to the start command either.

I'm waiting for your help. Thank you.

Hello,

Data what you are sending is correct. Can you check that IP address and port are correct.
You are accessing your meter directly. There is no Moxa, etc TCP/IP to serial port converter?

My device is a Transparent GPRS Modem, modem->meter connection is 485. I try connect to 9600,8,1,N and 9600,7,1,E connection setting. I success any other devices same config and gurux. for example ITRON SL7000, ISKRA 880 etc.

I try first time Landys.

This device have CU. I see that CU must be parametrized as autonegotiation protocol.
When I set ICE initial protocol I also have no response from device.

Hi,

When you are using L+G it uses IEC as starting protocol as default. Settings are 7E1.
Problem is if you want to use IEC as starting protocol settings are changed to 8E1 after moving to mode E.
Solution is force baud rate to 300 or set starting protocol to DLMS.

Hi,

I did read Landys successfully with DLMS. But sometime (mostly) reply with error.
"Connection is permanently rejected. The application context name is not supported."

I restart meter then normally reading, but second try reply this error.
