Hi Gurux,

I am working on DLMS protocol and is using gurux device suite/director, but these day no link to download device suite is available. Even older downloaded version not working on another PC (do not download list of manufacturer). Need some help on this topic.

Hi Rakesh,

Vice versa. But we are more forusing to DLMS/COSEM. You can read more here: http://gurux.fi/DLMSMetering.

We are releasing new API for Java in this week and C# quite soon.
We will add schedules and data base writing to GXDLMSDirector so you can collect your data with it.
We will release this version in begin of next year.

Hi Gurux,
While working with Gurux Device Suite, I found, it can't download scalar profiles (indian specific obis).
Kalkitect DLMS Explorer work well for that things.

Also kalkitech DLMS Explorer tell about data type read from meter, like enum, string,uint8,uint16 etc.Where Gurux do not.

Obis in Gurux device are not mapped with description, like every obis in instantaneous profile(1.0.94.91.0.255) is described as Sum Li Active Power+(QI+QIV) Inst. Value, it do not give information, if it is current, voltage, PF,KWh etc. Same with other profiles.
Please consider these issue in new release of Gurux device suite/ Director.

Hi Rakesh,

Gurux Gurux Device Suite is generic program that you can use to read different kind of meters and protocols not just DLMS/COSEM. GXDLMSDirector is specialized for DLMS. All functionality you describe is available at GXDLMSDirector.
