Updating global authentication key(gak) and unicast encryption key(guek)

Hi,

I'm trying to update only global authentication key with master key on Indian
meters like Zensmart
But i'm not able to change only one key each time, when i change gak or guek it changes the tow global keys with the same value

Im using gurux client on Security setup object 0.0.43.0.0.255

Please help

Hi,

If you update only one key and both keys are updated this is a meter issue. There is nothing you can do to it except ask if there is a firmware update available that fixes this.
