Thanks for the response sir ,
As you have mentioned we are using same client address 0x10 please check the attached refrence image and provide a solution

Hi,

In Indian standard, the Push client address is 0x40, not 0x10.
Select different authentication level and then select Push again.
It's automatically updated to 0x40.

I have changed the client address to 0x40, but still no luck ...
Please cheack the application mechanism which has written for push is correct or not ?

Hi,

0x60 ,0x85 ,0x74 ,0x05 ,0x08 ,0x02 ,0x00 means that authentication is not used, but that breaks the Indian standard. You need to ask the meter manufacturer how they have implemented this.
