when we are clicking on open button it is not connecting connection and also don't know that it is connected or not so please suggest how it will work

Hi,

I believe that the Bluetooth connection is established, but one of your settings is different than the meter expects and meter doesn't reply.

What meter are you using? Are you connecting directly to the meter or are you using an optical probe, etc?

*we are using the LNT meter and we are connecting the meter through optical probe.

*we need both the USB and Bluetooth connection projects .
*Currently we are using the USB optical probe for the application after running and completing the settings we are getting like "status failed -1" message, please provide an example for solving this issue. Please provide the documentation for this related to setting and for code integration to our project.

What USB optical probe are you using?
Clink the info button and you can see the Vendor and Product ID.

Vendor is Future technoly devices and product is FT232 Serial IC
Please provide solution and refer the attach images.

Hi,

They are using FTDI chipset. When you are receiving the status failed -1 error?
Is that happening when you open the USB connection or when you try to write data to the serial port?

while opening the USB we are getting status failed -1.
we need both the USB and Bluetooth connection projects .Bluetooth is also not connecting.

we have taken the android project from this Github link "https://github.com/Gurux/Gurux.DLMS.Android",on Click of the open we are getting the Error as 'Failed to receive reply from the device in given time' for your reference please find the attached screen shot.
We are reaching you so many times please give us the solution in here or it will be very help full if we get any other way to communicate with your team.

Hi,

The meter doesn't reply because one of your settings is different than the meter expects. Check also your serial port settings.

Bluetooth is implemented only for Xamarin at the moment.

We can help only our customers with emails or teamviewer.

Hi ,

I am informing as you provided video for Gurux.DLMS as we get there it is showing bluetooth and what ever settings you showed we did as it is same but still it is not working. Secondly whatever code u provided on github it is totaly different from video as it is showing . Please suggest us for Android Java.

Hi,

As I told before Bluetooth is implement for Xamarin and the video is for Xamarin and not Android Studio.

This was tested with FTDI chipset and it worked without problems.

Can you please provide apk of xamrin application so that we can test with our device and want to see the result what we are doing mistakes in settings
