Connecting meter EMH LZQJ-XC with GURUX GXDLMSDirector

Good day developers and communities,

I have project to connect meter EMH LZQJ-XC with Gurux GXDLMS director using serial interface. The information for this meter is very limited in the web. Please help me to configure this meter as my deadline for this project is near. I already try the default setting for the EMH meter but it failed.

Hi,

Are you using the meter serial number?

Try to change the address type from Default to SerialNumber. Then give your meter serial number to the serial number textbox.

I already insert the serial number but Im still failed to receive data. Attached picture is my configuration setting

Hi,

Are you using a serial port, TCP/IP or an optical probe? Set Logical address to 1.

Hi,

I am using serial port. Did you mean Logical Server? I already change value of Logical Server to 1 and tested but it failed. How do I change the Logical Address to 1 ? Here is my result of testing. Serial number for my meter is = 8494239.

For Logical Server : 0
11:59:52 Send SNRM request.

Hi,

Your settings look correct. Do you know if someone has changed the baud rate? Try with different baud rates.
