Hi, LLC bytes are there, but…

Hi,

LLC bytes are there, but the server is offering only Get service. Action service is not added. Did you read this meter without authentication and now try to use the same association for the GMAC? You need to read the meter using GMAC association and then use that to simulate the GMAC connection.

Thanks a lot.Now I can connect the device successfully.
There is a new question here.
How can I use the HighECDSA and SecuritySuite1 to connect to the simulator meter? Does meter need both of keyagreement and DigitalSignature certificates?
Can I use Director to generate a certificate and import it through the Security Setup object? I tried myself, but it shows "Access Error :Device reports a inconsistent Class or object"
Afterwards, I want to use AMI to make the same connection as well.
I am a beginner, please help me.Thanks

Hi,

Test first that your meter is supporting ECDSA. Establish a connection to the meter and read the Security Setup object. Can you see any certificates or is that empty?

You need to import the client certificate for the meter and export the meter's certificate to the client.

Please, if you have other questions from ECDSA, create a new topic.
