bug in gateway protocol with HighGMAC

Hi. when I want to connect to meter with "Gateway" protocol with "HighGMAC" security and "EncryptionAuthentication" like below command line parameter :

there is bug in authentication packet and gurux does not use "Gateway headers" in this packet , so the connection can't be established.
