Hi Mikko,
I am testing IS15959 -2 meter.
I have written the local time into the meter. And also getting the same date and time and shown properly in GXDMSDirector.
Now, I have changed my local system time to UTC time. And directly read the time from the meter and is shows UTC time instead of time set previously,
Even also I have tried with the option given in the Advanced tab in GXDLMSDirector.
Can you please check and provide an update.

Values are automatically converted to PC's time. Select "Use Meter Time Zone" from "View" menu if you want to see values with meter time.
