Hello,
I can't find in Green Book mention about what key should be used to encrypt StoC for HLS.
Is it server's auth key, server's encryption key, ded-key (if used) or some other key.
In Green book I find only a note about it: "Man. Spec.". What does it means Man. Spec.?

See High Authentication (High Level Security) if we are talking from High Authentication (HLS_2).

I believe that "Man. Spec." is from "manufacturer specifies".
