Hi,
Can you send trace from reply message? What meter you try to read (manufacturer and model)?
You can get trace from "View Log" under "Tools" -menu.

Hi,
Landis+Gyr 5235D meter is not supporting DLMS. It is using IEC 62053–21.
You can't use GXDLMSDirector to read it.

Hi,
Your meter is using IEC 62053–21. You have to try find other app to read it.
