Hi,

There is an issue with the meter. The meter doesn't return the Application context name and that is mandatory. Without this information, client doesn't know if the data is ciphered or if logical or short name is used.

Ask the meter vendor if there is a firmware where this is fixed.

Thank you so much for your response. When I use a different meter is works well (the meter model is E570 Landis Gyr.) It's evident that the meter I used earlier is faulty.
