Reading from Holley Meter

Hi,

I am new to DLMS and so would appreciate some guidance. I have a Holley meter that I am attempting to get information from over RS-485. Using the DLMSDirector, I can connect to the meter but am getting an error when I try to read the Assosciation View with a temporary failure.
