Connect to EMH LZQJ-XC

Hi, Kurumi. Please could you help me again.
I'm trying many settings to connect to EMH-XC SN4445110, but the meter still sending the same error: Failed to receive reply from the device in given time.

Hi,

All optical probes don't work with EMH meters and I believe that it the problem in your case. Ask what optical probe you should use from the EMH.

Try to select "Use Maximum Baud Rate" and use 300.

In your next reply your meter is sending data using IEC protocol and not DLMS.

Hi Mr. Kurumi.
After getting EMH optical probe, I can not connect to the meter and it send the same response (Failed to receive reply from the device in given time).

Hi.
After more than three weeks, I'am not able to connect to EMH, Trying a lot of settings without any success.
Please, any suggestions or path to follow.
