Here the appropiate Management (ID=1) with LLS for a MetCom MCS301 meter.
The GX Interface can be:
For optical Probe or RS485/RS232: HdlcWithModeE or HDCL
For celular or ethernet module: Wrapper
In the Device properties example picture is HdlcWithModeE
When needed please contact for other configurations
