I am testing Lowest level with suite0 and non suite mode.
with non suite it is working just fine but for suite0 it is not working.
before switching to suite0 from non suite mode i update the following settings:
Security connections => 1. system title, 2. Block cipher key 3. Authentication key
System title: 12345678
Block cipher and authentication keys: 0123456789abcdef

1. Public client is not implementing ciphered connection. You need to use some other authentication level to make the connection.
2. Read the client system title from the meter's security Setub object. If it's something else than 0.0.0.0.0, try to set the GXDLMSDirector client system title for the same.

There are few reasons for this.
1. Public client is not implementing ciphered connection. You need to use some other authentication level to make the connection.
2. Read the client system title from the meter's security Setub object. If it's something else than 0.0.0.0.0, try to set the GXDLMSDirector client system title for the same.
Check #1 first.
