I am trying to communicate with Actaris ACE5000 meter. The parameters selected are:
Client address : 10
Physical Server : 11
Logical Server : 1
Wait time : 5
Authentication : None
Media : Serial
Manufacturer : Actaris Electricity
Start Protocol : DLMS.
Logical Name Refrencing : true.
When I try to connect, I get a response "Failed to recieve reply from device in given time". How can I fix it?

Your meter is supporting IEC 61107. IEC start protocol means that IEC is used to move Mode E and then start to use DLMS. GXDLMSDirector doesn't support IEC 61107. Is there DLMS label on the cover on the meter?
