The Gurux-dlms-master for Android don't read packets from my meter ( actaris electricity )

Are you using a serial port or optical probe? Can you send a trace from the message what you are sending?

Can you read your meter using GXDLMSDirector and same serial port cable?
Connect your meter to the PC and then try with GXDLMSDirector.

There are a few possible reasons for this.
1. Baud rate is wrong.
2. Manufacturer is wrong. Select manufacturer to "Actaris Electricity".
3. We are not supporting your chipset. Check what Chipset you are using selecting "Media settings" and check Chipset and post it here.

Can you connect your Android to PC using serial port? If you can, download example meter from here:

Compile and start it by -S COMX -t Verbose.
Where COMX is serial port what you are using. Try to connect from Android. Are you seeing any trace on server example? If you can, the connection is working and settings are wrong.

When you can connect to the meter using GXDLMSDirector are you using the same USB to the serial port converter? Is there an external power supply in your USB 2 serial port converter?

Is your baud rate the same? You are not using an optical head (probe)?
