Hi,

I am using GuruGXDLMSDirector for reading a Genus SAKSHAM 325 meter. But when I run the connection, the error "Failed to receive reply from device in given time " appears.

I have tried many other configurations but no way.

I just want to be able to read the meter from the GuruGXDLMSDirector.

Please to help.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this meter using DLMS. This is an older meter from Genus and I believe it's using their own protocol. You should contact your meter vendor and verify this.

Hi Amiya,

Please, if you have a new question, create a new topic.

Select "Indian Standard" as a manufacturer and make sure that your serial port settings are correct.
