DLMSDirector Connects But No Data Is Received at Socket Server On Device

Earlier this week DLMSDirector was connecting and sending data to my socket server fine. After another Windows 10 update, DLMSDirector connects to my server because I see a client join but no data is received on the server. I can send data fine using TeraTerm and also the example Gurux.DLMS.Client.Example.Net project built with Visual Studio. I tried uninstalling and re-installing DLMSDirector to no avail. DLMSDirector will connect and receive data when I connect and read data from the example Gurux.DLMS.Server.Example.Net project built with Visual Studio that is running on the same machine but not my external device socket server. This worked fine before this past MS update. I have also turned off my firewall without luck as well.
