Unable to write the disconnect control object

Hello,

I am trying to read/write electric parameters from a DLMS device (meter).
I am able to read the Disconnect Control (Class ID 70 ), which is set to Mode 3.
However, when tried to write it to activate the disconnect feature , I am unable to do it.
(There is no edit field present in it to activate the feature)

Can you let me know the procedure or the way to enable this feature.
