i have Actaris SL761A071, and using default intial setting with low authentication :

GXDLMSDirector Version :8.0.0.20 (Running at Windows 10 64bit)

Manufacturer: Actaris Electricity
Media : Serial
Auth : Low
Logical Name referencing : Checked
Password : ABCDEFGH

and I can't connect through it, and here is the Log :
