Hi
Tried to connect BBS meter via serial over ethernet after creating a device via DLMS Device Editor.
It cannot. I cannot see options to enable Serial over ethernet?
Can you let me know how to achieve this?
I am able to connect via DLMS director as such, I am unable to upload correct file to GuruxAMI

first, I'm sorry that it took us this long to react on your post. We're soon to release a Java version of GuruxDLMS component, so we have been extra busy lately.
About the error report you sent, indeed, there was a bug. Thank you for reporting it. We have now found the cause of this, and are repairing it. As soon as we have it fixed, we'll release a new version.
We have found the reason for this.
DLMS component is not registered properly in all machines.
We are making other changes and we will release new version probably after next week.
You can fix this doing following:
start command prompth and do following:
cd C:\program Files\Common Files\Gurux\GXCom
regsvr32 /i guruxdlms2.dll
I can export a BBS DLMS device from Editor (after downloading object list)
I can use this device in GXDirector and also successfuly upload the file to Gurux AMI.
However, I have two issues
1. GXDirector can connect to the device but not read any thing. I select clock parameter and click read. It does not issue any read command at all.
Verified with GuruxDLMSdirector: I can read clock from the meter.
2. Uploaded the template to Gurux AMI. Set the remote IP address and port.
The AMI system is unable to read any parameter. The packets do not reach my tcp port.
OK:
Resolved: There was an error in my device export; not mapped some UI elements like buttons and text boxes correctly.
However, still have some problems in reading parameter correctly. (now the GXDirector software is sending commands) but AMI (after uploading new template) is still not functional.
Let me investigate further.

Reading DLMS
Hi,
Good if your reading with GXDirector succeeded. We have received reports that there are problems with GuruxAMI. Of cource it works fine with us. :-)
What operating system and language you are using?
We can try to install the same kind of environment that you are using.
BR,
Mikko
