Compile error in serverevents.c

Hi, Mikko!
I got lates version Gurux C and get error in row 78:
identifier "gxByteBuffer" is undefined \src\serverevents.c 78

I think need to add

#include "../include/bytebuffer.h"

This was just fixed today. The new version is released at this moment. :-)
