The following important issues are resolved in this version:
Serial number formula added to GXDLMSSettings
Favorite uncheck fixed
Default device trace level changed to Off
Error and Warning removed from device trace levels
Device wait time changed from seconds to time span component.
Agent alive time changed from minutes to time span component.
Agent AutoConnectOptions removed.
System log, task and Rest statistics updated to use own url.
The baud rate of the device's serial port fixed.
Ask user to install manufacturers or device templates if not installed when a new device is added.
Default group check box changed to switch.
