DLMSDirector

Hi guys,
I'm having trouble reading Actaris SL7000 meters. I get no response to the SNRM request.
I tried to consult the configuration tutorial but with the latest versions of the DLMSDirector the authentication schemes was changed.
Anyway I tried all the combinations but without success.
I also wanted to try to enter the serial number but the address type entry for this manufacturer only has the "Default" entry are available.

Thank you

Hi,

Hi,

I don't know if it's possible to read SL7000 using the serial number as a meter address. Can you share what kind of authentication your meter is using? There might be a new version where are changes.

Make sure that your meter is supporting DLMS. If version is SL762, it is Spanish version that is implemented with the protocol IEC870-5. This vesion do not support DLMS/COSEM.

Do you try to connect with a serial port or TCP/IP connection?

BR,
Mikko
