Hi
I m try to connect L&T ETV meter (ER300P) With GXDLMSDirector and using serial communication RS232
But give error message " Failed to receive reply from device in given time "

What's the problem...?

Hi,

The serial port settings or client/server address are usually wrong.
Invalid connections in the cable might also be the reason.
