Difference between Push Message and/or Serial Message?

Hello,

i want to ask, just to clarify. What is the difference between a Push Message and Serial Message.
My understanding is that a Push message via RS485 line is something like this:

Is this standard format of Push message or are there any significant differences?

Hi Samuel,

This is not a push message. This is the meter readout for IEC 62056-21 protocol.
