Hello all,
I am trying to read hexing smart meter and I notice it used Logical name with ciphering, and if I choose Hexing in device menu and trying to connect to meter the program said invalid response ..
I am prettey sure that the meter reply with
"U/HEX5\....."
What does that mean?

If you want to use ciphered connection you need to set system title, authentication key and block cipher key.
You find this information from the "Secured Connections" tab.
