could you please help me decoding these AARQ packet ? I am able to decode header up to byte 0x60 which indicates AARQ. 0x53 is probably length. I am not able to go further. I know your online decoder but I want to decode bits manually. It is sufficient if you decode first two fields which should be ProtocolVersion and ApplicationContextName. I want to know meaning of every bit. I have problem connecting to meter with High level security. Using manufacturer software is no problem. Using Gurux library meter responds with error in AARE. We have DLSM/COSEM standard but unfortunately it is very complicated. I dont know where to find needed info. It contains some example AARQ packets, but I am not able to apply these examples to my case below. Thank you.

I'm afraid that it's not so easy. Is this AARQ from the app that you are using to read the meter?
The problem with AARQ is that if one of the bits is wrong meter doesn't accept the connection.
So if you have set one property wrong, the meter might reject the connection.
I can help you to find the correct settings.
