hi dlms team,
I am using guruXDirector to communicate with the meter,I am able to connect and read some data from meter,but suddenly I am unable to connect to the meter and one more thing I observed from meter is generally I will get Sl no. on powerup of meter but now I am not getting that,Can u tell me what is the reason for that?

What meter did you try to read? Is this happening if you do not try to read anything from the meter for a while? Or is this happening every time?

I am using L&T meter,before I am to connect this meter,but suddenly from last 4 days I am unable to connect,Every time I am getting failed to receive reply .I tried by using serial communication but no use.

Check your cable first. I know that this sounds clear, but it's the reason very often. Try to restart your meter if possible.

I am using the same cable for other meters,it is working fine .There is no problem with cable, I restarted the meter several time but still i am unable to connect.

Have you made any changes (change password, etc)? Are you receiving any reply from the meter? Any bytes?

You were saying that you have other meters and you can connect with others with the same cable.
Can it be possible that your meter serial port is broken?

Nothing is broken,I tried with both optical port and serial port,with these two same result not able to connect.
