Not at the moment. We was planning it on a time, but DLMS protocol is so complicated that it's not easy to implement to Wireshark. We can show HDLC or WRAPPER frames quite easy, but showing PDU is causing more problems, because it can consist multiple frames. Showing just HDLC or WRAPPER frames makes no sense.

LUA dissector
You can also test LUA dissector for DLMS that we created for our research project. It partially supports HDLC encapsulation and TCP wrapper decapsulation as used by XMLDemo software. The dissector is freely available at https://github.com/matousp/dlms-analysis.
