I have a L+G meter and I can communicate with it perfectly without Authentication. But I want to read energy consumption and then I have to connect with Authentication. The manufacturer give me the reading key, that is 00000001.
The problem is when I write this key as Low or High Authentication because I receive the next message: Connection is permanently rejected. Authentication is required.

Your data seems to be correct and meter is not returning any error.
What error you are getting? Do you try to read meter with GXDLMSDirector or have you make own app?
When I connect without Authentication, the meter do not return any error. But when I connect with authentication key, GXDLMSDirector returns the message "Referencia a objeto no establecida como instancia de un objeto." In English, "Object reference do not set as an object instance". Where is the problem??

Yes, this is my meter. I had already gotten the latest version from GXDLMSDirector in the last log I sent you. Now, the error is OutOfMemoryException.
Besides, manufacturer have told me the client address is 2 if you want read or is 16 if you want connect as public client, but 17 is incorrect. I am not sure of this, because if I connect with client address 2, I do not receive any answer from meter, but if I connect with client address 17 I receive answer, although I receive the error too.
Your meter is returning Receive Not Ready. Your client address is 16 (0x10) but your server address is interesting. How you have set it? Do you have modify the source code.
It is 2 and it should be something else. Lowest bit is not set, so it should be 3.

Your data seems to be correct and meter is not returning any error.
What error you are getting? Do you try to read meter with GXDLMSDirector or have you make own app?

When I connect without Authentication, the meter do not return any error. But when I connect with authentication key, GXDLMSDirector returns the message "Referencia a objeto no establecida como instancia de un objeto." In English, "Object reference do not set as an object instance". Where is the problem??

Yes, this is my meter. I had already gotten the latest version from GXDLMSDirector in the last log I sent you. Now, the error is OutOfMemoryException.
Besides, manufacturer have told me the client address is 2 if you want read or is 16 if you want connect as public client, but 17 is incorrect. I am not sure of this, because if I connect with client address 2, I do not receive any answer from meter, but if I connect with client address 17 I receive answer, although I receive the error too.
What do you think?

Hi,
Your meter is returning Receive Not Ready. Your client address is 16 (0x10) but your server address is interesting. How you have set it? Do you have modify the source code.
It is 2 and it should be something else. Lowest bit is not set, so it should be 3.
