Can´t read profile generic objects

Hi,

I'm trying to read the profile generic objects that I created following your examples in C. When I try to read them with Director program I get "Access error: Device reports a hardware fault" and when I execute a python script to read and show all objects, profiles generic seem to not appear.

What could be the problem?

Hi,

In GXDLMSDirector change "Read by range" to "Read All". I believe that your meter doesn't implement read by range for this object.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice. The problem was I had some errors in some functions of the dlms server.
