Everything looks correct. There are so many parameters in DLMS. If one of them is invalid the meter returns error. The main problem is that amount or error codes are limited and returned error doesn't give an exact reason for what parameter is wrong.
It's not possible to say if the reason is in the gateway or your settings because I don't know what GW you are using.
