Is there any support to broadcast the request (Connect/Disconnect/FW update etc) in Indian Standard IS15959-2 supported meter?
TCP/IP and RF communication protocol used.
If supported, then how I can configure and initiate the Request.
Can you please provide your Input.

In general, DLMS is the point-to-point protocol. You need to establish the connection to the meter before you can read anything. Some meters are using HDLC broadcasting. You can try to set 0x7F to the server physical address and check is meter answering anything. If the meter replies, you can read data using broadcast. Note! All meters must use the same password.
Broadcast is not widely used in meter reading.

Yup, Broadcast to use for specific operations like Disconnect/Connect meter relay.
I have set 127 (0x7F) in the server physical address using GXDLMSDirector.
SNRM request was sent but did not receive any response from the meter.
I have attached a configuration screenshot. Please have a look

Your meter doesn't support broadcast. You need to connect to each meter individually.
