Hi ,

I want to connect with clou via a 3G modem , but i receive the error message bellow :

Hi,

If you are using a dynamic IP address read this.
https://www.gurux.fi/Gurux.DLMS.DynamicIP

If you are using a static IP address check that there is no firewall that blocks the connection.
Check also that your TCP/IP port is correct.
