hi gurux,

I am a newbie to dlms and I want to build a custom dlms test tool using gurux nuget pkgs in c#. my quick questions on this are

a. Can i do it? use gurux nuget pkg to build my custom app,
b. I could not find any help on nuget pkg/ APIs / call sequence, it would be great if you could help me with.
