Hello,

I'm trying update the clock object attributes and maybe have a problem (python):

When i try to write in attribute, only the first self.reader.readDataBlock works, otherside are write a default value, like 01/01/1970 or 0.

reply = GXReplyData()

dClock = GXDLMSClock('0.0.1.0.0.255')

daylightBegin = '02/06/2020 01:00:00'
dClock.begin = GXDateTime.fromString(dClock.begin, daylightBegin)
remote_comand2 = self.reader.client.write(dClock,5) -- > # daylight_savings_begin
self.logger.debug('Data de inicio Horário de verão alterada')
daylightEnd = '11/24/2020 04:00:00'
dClock.end = GXDateTime.fromString(dClock.end, daylightEnd)
remote_comand3 = self.reader.client.write(dClock,6) --> # daylight_savings_end

self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand3, reply) --> this work
self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand2, reply) --> default value setted
self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand1, reply) --> default value setted

dClock.enabled = True
remote_comand1 = self.reader.client.write(dClock,8) --> # daylight_savings_enabled

or

self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand2, reply) --> this work
self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand3, reply) --> default value setted
self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand1, reply) --> default value setted

or

self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand1, reply) --> this work
self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand2, reply) --> default value setted
self.reader.readDataBlock(remote_comand3, reply) --> default value setted

Hi,

Hi,

Usually DST begin and end times are give something like: "*.*.* 1:00:00".

Try to fist read values from the meter and then write them back. Check what kind of values meter is returning. I strongly propose that you download GXDLMSDirector and play with that. It helps you to understand how your meter works.

BR,
Mikko
