Unable to read event log profile generic data

Gurux.DLMS.AMI

Im trying to read the profile generic using Gurux.DLMS.AMI 4 but when i try to read it, it does not return any value and return this error on the logs,

Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime

I tried to read it using Gurux Director and it does return some data and it returns no error. How do i solve this?

Hi, Are you reading values…

Hi,

Are you reading values using start and end time or with the index and count with GXDLMSDirector?

Gurux.DLMS.AMI reads values using start and end time, and some meters haven't implemented this for all profile generics.

What profile generic do you try to read?
