Nuget package manager is available for Visual Studio 2012 and newer. You need to install nuget. You can get it here:
https://docs.nuget.org/consume/installing-nuget
You need to install all components using nuget. Now you can create example client.
I don't know if you need to do something else, because we don't use VS 2010 anymore.
