, I need to set load profile registers. Which methods should I call after a success high authenticated connection?

I've come back to an old DLMS project which was working last year, using Gurux dotnet. After updating the dependencies I get this error:
Gurux.DLMS.Net (incompatible) the application is not installed.
and
Gurux.DLMS.XmlClient (unloaded) the Project file was unloaded.

But searching in NuGet, those packages don't exist any longer. I can't find the documentation either.
How can I solve these issues?

I am trying to communication secure fx100 meter using TCP/IP protocol.
meter can be communicate using GXDLMSDirector user interface, But when i tried same meter with Gurux.DLMS.Client.Example.Net then it doesn't work.

it opens media but throw error when it goes to InitializeConnection phase. in trace it gives only first line
TX: 18:32:19 7E A0 07 03 41 93 5A 64 7E

One more thing , when i tried same meter and code with NIU converter ie . modbus converter it simply communicate successfully.

I have set a default size for Max payload size in transmit and receive in HDLC settings.

Still, I am receiving 259 bytes from the Indian standard meter for Block Load Profile (Obis code: 1.0.98.1.0.255).

Can you please provide any suggestions on how to get a response from meter based on HDLC settings?
