There's no difference between the windows serial ports settings and the GXDLMS ones, the modem i am using has already been tested on another software with AT-DT commands and it works
Your modem is sending numeric value of result code (0) and we are expecting Verbose mode (OK).
Can you write Q2\r from terminal program. That is setting modem to verbose mode.
I'll add this to work list, but it takes some time before it is done.
